Tell us about you…
Hello, I’m Anastasia and I’m a Greek girl studying for a PHD in Cranfield University, England. In my free time I’m a fashion blogger, an Etsy crafter and Europe traveller.
How did you get started in your creative journey and what do you enjoy most about it?
I started crafting as a way to escape from my reality. When I get back home after a 10 hours shift I like sitting at my desk and thinking new designs for my knitted bags and fabric headbands. I enjoy creating new things out of different materials and different colors.
What handmade possession do you most cherish?
I love knitting. My mom taught me to do so one year ago and since then knitting is my stress-relieving psychotherapy 
What inspires you?
I get inspired by London. It’s a nice city and there are lots of inspirations everywhere. Also I get my friend’s opinion, what colors do they like, what patterns do they wanna see more of, etc? And of course fashion blogging has helped me a lot. I am informed about the latest trends within minutes!

Where do you create?
Mostly in my flat at Cranfield. I’m very lucky because Cranfield is in the countryside and only 30 minutes away from London. I love it ’cause I can listen to birds singing while crafting…
What are you working on?
Knitted purses in red color.
What’s your dream?
To have as many sales as required to quit from my day job. That is the biggest dream of every crafter I think…
